Delivery Cost

Deliveries to the UK are free of charge and products will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days. We may also offer a Saturday delivery option subject to availability which will cost £4. For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm the preceding Friday.
Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK will cost £15 per delivery and delivery times will vary from 3 days upwards, depending on the destination.
Delivery will be complete when we deliver the products to the address provided by you.
If products are to be delivered to a destination outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, and you will be responsible for any such charges. We will not be liable to pay any import duties or taxes under any circumstances At KOBIELEGRAND we accept returns within the first 14 days.
We process orders within 5 working days. We are not responsible for any delays that can be caused by holidays or any customer issues.
KOBIELEGRAND does not cover any return shipping costs.
Once an order has been placed it is not possible to change the address, so please make sure you put the correct address when you place your order.

The actual charge price to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in any item price. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid meaning any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its final destination and must be paid by the recipient.
